There are many companies now offering window tinting all over our area since the<\/strong><\/span>
\n change in Missouri law in 2001, allowing us to tint all of our car windows. For<\/strong><\/span>
\n some of these companies, window tinting is merely a sideline, while their main<\/strong><\/span>
\n business is another automotive service such as, auto sales, detailing, auto<\/strong><\/span>
\n accessories or glass repair\/replacement. These companies do not have their own<\/strong><\/span>
\n experienced window tinter on staff, so they subcontract that service. This<\/strong><\/span>
\n means, as the customer, you may never know who is actually working on your<\/strong><\/span>
\n vehicle, or what experience they may have. As an owner\/operator, every vehicle<\/strong><\/span>

Some other tinters quote lower prices for cheap film and then “upgrade” you to a<\/strong><\/span>
\n better film once you get there. Some will also charge more if you want to have<\/strong><\/span>
\n more than one shade of film applied to your vehicle. I even heard of one company<\/strong><\/span>
\n charging customers $30 extra to clean their windows before they tinted them.<\/strong><\/span>
\n These are all just sales tricks, or \u201cup sells\u201d to charge you more once they get<\/strong><\/span>
